Message from the
Managing Trustee
At Inspiria, our objective is to make the youth employable as we believe that "unemployablity is a bigger problem than "unemployment". Hence we have set ourselves into a mission to address this problem.
As an education enabler, Atul has ventured into his dream project in 2013. He is the mastermind behind Inspiria Knowledge Campus and also its Managing Trustee. Atul Gupta is also the Founder and CEO of InSync Tech-Fin Solutions Ltd, an IT product company based out of Kolkata, India.
The Theme of our Logo
The logo of Inspiria Knowledge Campus represents wings that exemplify an aspiration as high as the sky. The concept is to ‘give wings to your educational dreams’ and make your aims air-borne.Symbolically, the colour blue reflects attributes that are progressive and positive such as trust, wisdom, intelligence, faith and truth to name just a few. Blue also symbolizes the sky whose horizons are boundless.
Our motto is to ensure that graduates who pass out from here should truly be “Employable”. This is only possible when theoretical teaching is backed by hands-on practical training and industry exposure.We at Inspiria believe “Unemployability” is a bigger problem than “Unemployment”. The current situation in India is such that the industry offersjobs which fresh pass outs are ill-equipped to handle. This is the issue Inspiria is going to address.
The prime objective of Inspiria Knowledge Campus is to make education industry-relevant, practical and job-oriented. Graduates passing out from here should truly be “Employable”. This is only possible when theoretical teaching is backed by hands-on practical training and industry exposure. We will take every step to ensure that our students do full justice to their talent to fulfill their aspirations.
In the pursuit of our prime goal to make graduates “Employable”, we believe in the philosophy of “Learning by doing”. This means students would be provided invaluable practical exposure and industry insights through real project assignments, skill-building field trips, and studio practice. Besides the subject matter, experts from industries visit the institute from time to time to share their rich experiences with our students.
We live in fast-changing times. With the growing role of the IT and the emergence of new fast-paced cities driven by latest new-age technologies, what is required is a workforce that is flexible and practical. Conventional text-book-based curriculum falls short of the modern-day demands. This is the gap that Inspiria aims to fill – the way education is imparted to the new generation within the university-based curriculum.

It is said, development comes with a price. Material progress takes a toll on nature and the environment. This is why ‘Sustainable Development’ has become a buzzword today. The founder members of Inspiria aim to balance the priority for development with the need to maintain the eco-system.
The architectural structure of the campus is based on the sustainability factor. The huge open spaces, the green lawns, natural and LED lighting are some of the measures undertaken for environment preservation. In fact we have earmarked a number of strategies towards this end.
AN EYE ON SUSTAINABILITY
Minimize office work by focusing on virtual, cloud based platforms.
Introduce frequent community-based bus services from the campus to the City Center bus stop to minimize personal vehicle use
Dedicating large open spaces in the campus to native planting.
The horticulture project can be linked with the hospitality course
The campus design allows greater dependence on natural lighting in the daytime. At night LED lights enhance the green quotient.
We plan to introduce PV, wind and solar based heating/cooling systems.
We have plans to harvest and store rain water from non-green roofs.

What was once a part of a tea garden is now an exquisitely designed college campus.However the two images are connected with a common theme – the love for green! The lush green lawns surrounding the campus, the environment friendly lighting systems and the artistically designed college building blend smoothly with the green ambience.
The tea bushes have given way for a college campus – but the garden remains – a teaching garden. Not once will you feel that the ambience in the college clashes with nature. The tree-lined campus, the green lawns and the beautiful surroundings send home the message that development is not necessarily antagonistic to the environment.
